eStatement is the electronic version of your account physical statement. You can view and print your statement right from your computer whenever you need it. You will start receiving the eStatement service within three business days after registration. For different accounts you need to update different email IDs in each account in order to get registered for each of them.

How to register for e-Statement?
STEP 1- Download online form or collect it from Bank AL Habib branch.
STEP 2- Fill and submit the form at your relationship branch for registration of e-statement facility.
You can also register for e-statement facility simply by calling our 24/7 helpline at +9221-111-014-014 from your registered mobile number available in Bank’s record.
Furthermore, e-statement facility on corporate accounts can only be registered by submitting a form at relationship branch.

- How do I sign up for e-Statements?
You can go with any of the below ways to get yourself register for the service:
- By visiting your parent branch where your account is maintained to fill up the prescribed form.
- By calling our Helpline 111-014-014 from your Bank updated contact number. The service can only be enrolled through Helpline if you have already updated your email address in our records.

- When can I view my e-Statement?
After registration, you will receive e-Statement on your registered email address available in the Bank’s record. As an additional security of customer’s information, e-Statement is password protected.
- May I view my electronic statement without signing up for e-Statements?
No, you must sign up for e-Statement service.
- How do I save my e-Statement for future reference?
e-Statements will be available at your registered email with the Bank. You can save the PDF file in your own computer / device for as long as you like. For customer’s information security e-Statement is password protected.
- Can I access an e-Statement for all of my accounts?
Yes. We offer the option of receiving e-Statements for each of your accounts.
- Is there a charge for e-Statements?
No, there is no charge. e-Statements are FREE!
- Will I be able to print my e-Statement?
Yes. Once you open the e-Statement you will be able to print it just like you print any document on your computer.
- Do I need any special software to view my e-Statement?
Yes. You will need to have a recent version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
