    Qualification:

    Minimum Bachelor’s / Master's Degree from a recognized university will be preferred

    Job Experience:

    • 10 to 12 years of banking experience.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering process improvement projects.
    • Good understanding of operations functions, especially trade finance operations.

    • Must have managed functional processes and policies and/or projects in a financial institution.
